All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly stated on our website.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Australia only.

(You can change this later if you plan to go international.)

 

Delays and Lost Parcels

Teratech is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

If your order appears lost or delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

 

 


Incorrect Address

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Teratech is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply to re-send the order.
